Content Analysis

Tone and sentiment are estimated from post text via keyword matching. Target audience and campaign use the export's own Audience/Campaign columns when present, falling back to a text-based estimate for audience only when no such column exists — campaign names can't be guessed from text, so that one shows no data instead of a fabricated guess. Treat all four as directional signals, not certainties.
